We are looking for one passionate fragrance enthusiast to join Le Parfum Magazine at Notes Shanghai and share the experience through their own creative lens. This is your chance to immerse yourself among fragrance lovers and industry professionals while creating content around one of the world’s most talked-about and trending perfume fairs in Asia.

This October, one selected participant will receive the opportunity to travel to Shanghai, China and experience the upcoming edition (October 14 to 17, 2026) of Notes Shanghai alongside Le Parfum Magazine. This giveaway is open to someone who loves to explore the world of fragrance and share this passion creatively through content, photography, video, reviews, or storytelling. The selected participant will receive:

ROUND-TRIP ECONOMY CLASS TICKETS TO SHANGHAI, CHINA
4 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION IN A 5-STAR HOTEL
ACCESS TO NOTES SHANGHAI

There is only one way to enter: by submitting a fully completed website form. Every fully completed submitted form counts for one entry. Applications will be reviewed by Le Parfum Magazine and Notes Shanghai based on motivation, creative profile, content quality, and overall alignment with the project. You may enter one (1) time per person by submitting a fully completed website form (see below). When entering the giveaway, make sure to read the terms and conditions with all the details, requirements, and rules.

The application period begins on June 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM CET and ends on July 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET. Please note: this is a curated selection process rather than a random draw.

* By entering this giveaway, you agree to our terms and conditions. The selected participant must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel to China. Visa requirements, travel documentation, and travel eligibility remain the responsibility of the participant. You can only enter this giveaway once by filling in the form above. Duplicate entries will be automatically deleted and not counted. After you have entered the giveaway, unfortunately it is not possible to edit your entry.

SELECTION PROCESS & STAYING UP-TO-DATE

The application period begins on June 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM CET and ends on July 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET. Following the closing date, Le Parfum Magazine and Notes Shanghai will review all applications and select one participant whose passion, creative vision, and profile best align with the spirit of this opportunity. The selected participant will be contacted directly by our team and announced through our social media channels and e-newsletter shortly afterwards.
