CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your purchase.

WHEN CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Due to the nature of our products, including hygiene goods, small-quantity items (such as samples and travel sizes), and fragile products (such as magazines), returns are only accepted if the product packaging remains completely unopened.

Once the product packaging or magazine protective packaging has been broken, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

This policy ensures product hygiene, quality control, and safe delivery of fragile items.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. However, cancellation and return are only possible if:

  • the product packaging has not been opened

  • the product is returned in undamaged condition

Opening the shipping box alone does not affect your right of withdrawal, as long as the product packaging remains intact.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the unopened product. Once received and inspected, we will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned package.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Follow the following steps to place a return:

  1. Send an email to contact@leparfummagazine.com informing us of your return and the reason for it. The Le Parfum Magazine team will then get back to you shortly with further details regarding the return and its shipping;
  2. Put the product you want to return in the box (preferably the box it was also delivered in);
  3. Add the receipt to the box and carefully seal it;
  4. Create a return label and take the parcel to a ServicePoint near you for shipment;
  5. The ServicePoint will return your package to Le Parfum;
  6. Upon receiving the return package safe and sound, the Le Parfum Team will start the refunding process.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 2 working days after delivery at contact@leparfummagazine.com and include photos of the issue. Our team will get back to you within three working days with a suitable solution.

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED AT A PICK-UP POINT

Generally, a parcel stays at the postal office for 7 days before it gets sent back. However, since this differs per country, please make sure to reach out to your local post office for the exact amount of days that your package is available for pick-up before it is returned.

If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us. The package is then registered as “not collected” and we will charge you a fee of 50% of the shipping costs of your order. This fee covers handling and return shipping costs charged by the carrier. The remaining order value is refunded to you in the same way as you paid at the time of purchase.

If you don’t want the package anymore and would like to receive a full refund, you need to collect the package from the pick-up point and then return it to Le Parfum within the period stated in the return policy.
