How did you become a perfumer?
It began as a hobby, collecting fragrances. Over time, I realized that every scent has a creator behind it. I once wanted to be a doctor, but perfumery became my own form of psychological medicine, a way to heal, uplift, and empower through scent.
What inspires your creations?
I draw inspiration from everything around me: travel, food, fashion, and culture, always seeking to interpret them in ways that haven’t been done before. I especially love combining ingredients that may seem unlikely at first, but together create something surprising and meaningful.
What’s your dream project?
To merge perfumery with education and social impact, for example, bringing scent into schools so children can explore the olfactory world from a young age.
What is your latest niche perfume creation?
Purple by Fugazzi for Liberty London. The idea was to create a 100% synthetic fragrance that showcased the best of IFF’s molecular palette in celebration of Liberty London’s 150th anniversary. In Purple, Veridian™ offers a violet echo of Liberty’s iconic colour, while Ambertonic™ and Ambermor™ add lasting amber warmth and depth. The result is a fragrance that adapts uniquely to each wearer, blending tradition with innovation.
